Atelier Rael Pilates Instructors are certified movement specialists dedicated to intelligent, mindful practice. Blending precision, grace, and deep anatomical knowledge, they guide each client toward balance, strength, and lasting body awareness through personalized Reformer-based training.

Having been a mature rehab patient for her chronic lumbar and cervical pain, Leng now advocates using Pilates as an avenue for recovery, strength conditioning and endurance training. Her goal is to champion the versatility of the machines as well as guide individuals seeking a safe and effective way to enhance their overall functionality and athleticism.

Carolina is a Physiotherapist and STOTT-certified Pilates instructor specializing in seniors and injury recovery. Combining rehabilitation expertise with Pilates, Carolina creates personalized programs to restore strength, mobility, and confidence. With a focus on safe, effective movement, Carolina helps clients regain function and improve their quality of life.

Ash loves that Pilates is for anyone and everyone. Constantly fascinated by the incredible potential of the human body and its ability to adapt and change, she is passionate about helping clients move with purpose and strength. She believes in celebrating the body, having fun while working out, that progress outweighs perfection, and small steps lead to lasting changes. She finds satisfaction in journeying with clients towards improved movement, confidence, and well-being.

Ee Zhio

Ee Zhio discovered Pilates due to chronic back pain from scoliosis since her teenage days which was further exacerbated by her desk bound corporate job in investment banking. She eventually took a leap into Pilates as advised by her physiotherapist. She has been pain free since then and even throughout her pregnancy - all thanks to Pilates!

Now a certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor (Level 1), Ee Zhio is keen on helping others to get stronger, achieve greater mobility and find relief from their own physical pain.

Linda

Linda brings over 10 years of teaching experience to her practice. She is a certified Stott Mat and Reformer Level 1 instructor and also specialise in coaching yoga and slow resistance training. She guides clients toward building strength, improving mobility, and developing sustainable movement practices.

Her approach centers on mindful movement, emphasizing the importance of consistency over intensity. Linda believes that true transformation happens through the process itself—fostering mind-body awareness, building resilience, and cultivating personal growth along the way.

Whether you're new to movement or looking to achieve fitness goals, Linda creates a supportive environment where clients can explore their potential, honor their bodies, and genuinely enjoy their fitness journey. Her philosophy is simple: movement should be both purposeful and joyful, helping you develop not just physical strength, but the mental clarity and confidence that comes from truly connecting with your body.

As a practitioner of Pilates for the last 10 years, Claire took the leap to turn her passion into a full-time career. She is dedicated to advocating the transformative benefits of Pilates and sharing the profound impact mindful movement can have on improving both physical health and overall quality of life. When she's not guiding her students through fluid, slow-burn classes, Claire enjoys quality time with her dog and husband as well as trying out new recipes in the kitchen. Her classes are known for their seamless flows and controlled pace, offering a balance of challenge and calm.

Adeline

Adeline’s journey in pilates began after she suffered from pain due to muscle imbalances caused by her involvement in sports over the years. She never looked back after experiencing the benefits! Seeing her mother suffer from frequent muscle pains then kick-started her desire into furthering her pilates education in order to help her and others. Her aim is to let everyone,of all age groups, experience the benefit of pilates and increase their body awareness to elevate their daily life! She is fully proficient in Chinese and trained in stotts mat and reformer level 1.

Amanda is a fully STOTT trained Pilates instructor across Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel. She believes in working from the inside out—helping clients develop a deeper understanding of their bodies while building strength, control, and confidence. Her teaching style is calm, attentive, and grounded in helping each individual move better in their everyday lives. Able to conduct sessions in English and basic Mandarin Chinese.

⾃幼接受系统中国舞训练5岁半开始学习舞蹈9岁半赴北京求学、 接受专业中国传统舞蹈教育。 舞蹈系毕业后于2008年底移居新加坡并在新加坡多所教育部下属学校教授中国传统舞蹈长期致⼒于华族舞蹈⽂化的海外传承。

YANG QING是⼀位兼具艺术底蕴与国际体系认证的普拉提导师。 拥有中国舞蹈科班背景与多年海外教学经验对⼈体⼒学与艺术表现有着深刻的理解。

擅长与不同身体条件的客户们共同⼯作热衷于教学和帮助他⼈给予⽆微不⾄的关注、 激励⿎舞他们⾃信并做到更好。 她见证普拉提为越来越多⼈在健康⽅⾯带来实质改善的经历。 同时⾮常乐于分享专业知识与经验、 并持续把普拉提的训练原则融⼊于⽇常来帮助身体健康达到最优化的状态。

Serena fell in love with Pilates while studying it as a module in Korea during university. That journey sparked her passion for helping others build strength, mobility and confidence in their bodies. She’s trained in STOTTS Reformer, Chair, Barrels and Cadillac, and brings a fun, encouraging approach to every session!
